Founded in 1365, this "Listed Grand Cru" owes its reputation as the "plus Graves des Graves" to the smoky notes typical of its soil, hills and semi-precious stones (quartzites, agatoids...). Since its acquisition in 1990 by Daniel and Florence Cathiard, the estate has been committed to a bio-precision approach, combining innovative cultivation and vinification techniques with deep respect for living nature, whether soil or vines. Organic cultivation with no chemical inputs, enriched by biodynamic methods, contributes to the unique expression of this terroir in the wines: elegant, complex, powerful and well-balanced. By appointment, 7 days a week, you can visit the cooperage, the underground cellar with a thousand barrels, the gravitational vat, and stroll around artworks on display in the "Forêt des Sens".
