From the room to the plate: 8 eco-friendly practices

Eight simple eco-friendly habits at Les Sources, from the room to the meals, to help reduce the environmental impact while enjoying a luxurious stay.

1

Zero packaging first: shower products come in refillable containers made from recyclable plastic.

2

Sustainable decor: Les Sources hotels feature unique items sourced from antique shops to support a circular economy.

3

On-site filtered water: water provided in rooms is filtered and bottled on-site in sterilized glass bottles that are then reused.

4

Waste recycling via vermicomposting: a worm composting system at Les Sources de Caudalie recycles plant waste, with the resulting compost enriching the soil.

5

Local and seasonal produce: the dining options at Les Sources prioritize local and seasonal ingredients, with a permaculture garden also supplying the kitchens.

6

Eco-friendly cleaning products: the cleaning of common areas and rooms uses steam and certified eco-friendly products.

7

Controlled water use: bed linens and bath towels are changed every 2 or 3 days during longer stays, based on guest preferences.

8

Sustainable dining options: La Grand'Vigne focuses on vegetarian and sustainably sourced fish dishes. Meat dishes are carefully portioned to minimize carbon impact.
