After Bordeaux, the Loire Valley and Burgundy, it will be in Alsace, at the Château d’Isenbourg, that the “Collection des Hôtels du Vignoble” will write the next chapter in its tale. Its estate offers a magnificent view embracing the Vosges, the plain of the Rhine and, on the horizon, the Black Forest. Transformation of this site steeped in history has been entrusted to the KO studio of architects, to whom we notably owe the Yves Saint Laurent Museum in Marrakesh. This 5-star hotel will propose about 50 rooms and suites, two restaurants, and a Spa by Caudalie playing host to an impressive lap pool in an authentic, vaulted wine cellar. “This château has a wonderful story to tell,” says Alice Tourbier. “Legend has it that its emblematic tower was built by one of its owners for his wife, originally from Switzerland, so that she could contemplate the mountains of her homeland.”
