Twice a year, Les Sources de Cheverny host yoga retreats led by Olivia Leclabart, when letting go is the order of the day.

Olivia Leclabart has practiced yoga for over 25 years. With diplomas in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, she now specializes in yoga for women and yoga for the hormones. A long-time friend of Alice Tourbier, she has been responsible for retreats at Les Sources de Cheverny since it opened. On the programme: a welcome get-together for everyone to meet on the first day, energetic yoga sessions in the morning, more relaxing at day’s end, and meals created with the Chef. Not forgetting free time to chat, read a book, take a walk in the forest, go swimming, benefit from a treatment at the Spa by Caudalie... or simply chill out! Fasting is also observed to encourage introspection for the body and soul. “These retreats offer participants lots of comfort, thanks to the setting, of course, the practice of yoga, the time they retrieve for themselves, but also because we do not forbid a glass of wine in the evening,” says Olivia Leclabart. In a world in constant movement, taking time out has become essential. These retreats are thus the ideal opportunity to escape from everyday life, treat oneself to a pause, and fully appreciate the present moment. “Les Sources de Cheverny are aptly named, this is a marvellous place for resourcing,” adds the yoga instructor enthusiastically. “I am 100% sure that participants will feel just wonderful here, be pampered, and leave happy and reinvigorated!
