Tasteful 24 hours at the Sources de Caudalie

Enjoy a tasteful  journey at the Sources de Caudalie.

9 a.m. - Waking up to the colours of the South-West

Each morning, Chef Nicolas Masse gives a place of honour to regional flavours in the Grand’Vigne buffet. Golden pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, creamy yoghurts, eggs prepared on the spot, mature cheeses, all offer a delicious glimpse of the bounty of the local terroir.

1 p.m. - Country lunch

Beneath a magnificent timber beam, La Table du Lavoir proposes generous, authentic cuisine. In fine weather, its terrace overlooking the vines is an invitation to relax accompanied by birdsong. In winter, the atmosphere becomes cosy and warm by the fireside.

4:30 p.m. - Sweet or savoury pause

Step inside ROUGE, the gourmet grocery and wine-bar on Palace des Vignes. At all times of day, you can share tasty dishes or plates of cold meats and cheeses, and yield to creative desserts by Pastry Chef Anthony Chenoz.

7 p.m. - The cocktail hour

Settle down comfortably at the counter at ROUGE, surrounded by an impressive collection of Bordeaux wines, to (re)discover prestigious vintages from the region and elsewhere, or sip sparkling champagne before dining.

8:30 p.m. - Experience the land of vines

Chef Nicolas Masse invites you to enjoy a unique culinary experience in the Bordeaux region, at La Grand’Vigne, the hotel’s 2-star restaurant. Enhanced by wine pairings by Head Sommelier Aurélien Farrouil, the 5- or 7-course menus will awaken each of your senses in an idyllic setting.

10 p.m. - Enjoy a last glass

With its fireplace, artworks and a selection of inspiring books, the French Paradox bar is the perfect spot in which to prolong your evening. In this intimate, velvety setting, savour each moment with a signature cocktail, exceptional spirits or a Grand Cru.
